How to Mange being consistent Part 1.
How to manage being consistent part 1. Think about the beginning of a new year, in your past there was a list of New Year's resolution you set for yourself that you wanted to get done going into the new year, and working out at the gym was top priority. So you took the initiative and obtain a gym membership at your local gym. You even when the extra mile and brought gym clothes along with listening to your favorite motivational speakers, such as Eric Thomas ET the hip-hop preacher, Les Brown, Tony Robbins and most importantly David Goggins. How he went from being an exterminator living paycheck-to-paycheck to becoming a Navy Seal an army ranger and a ultra marathon runner breaking all types of records as an Ironman. Now you say to yourself if he could do it then this beast is definitely inside of me as well. So you set the mark on becoming( you fill in the blank) after reading all the books, now it's game time it's time for he/she to put in that work so lets say Dave goes to the gym he is a little intimidated at first but he mustard up the courage to begin the process of working out. Now Dave is a week in easy he says now two weeks in dave is feeling pretty good about himself a month into this transformation something begins to happen a major shift in daves mind and attitude as well as life circumstances prevents this once eager gentleman from going to the gym. So now dave is right back at the same routine angry and mad at how he has let another year dwindle away wasted time and energy .Why ! Why is this you might ask well it's called being consistent that's a hard transition because that's doing the same thing over and over again why no one is watching and when you don't feel like doing this matter especially when you are not seeing results fast enough in this New Age of Technology era. Some people are consistent on just giving up on their dreams because the amount of time, hard work, and dedication you have to put it your arch nemesis call doubt in your mind says to your entire body this journey is to dam hard. While others or consistent on being couch potatoes TV is their motivation. But all the great ones that made it or became successful all spoke in the same language. They did the same routine over and over again like LeBron James, Denzel Washington and Dwayne The Rock Johnson. Staying consistent was the key formula for all their success. Now how can we manage being consistent on the goal or that dream you always wanted to accomplish. Just like gymnast, track stars, soccer players basketball players and so on it takes will, determination and consistency so what is the secret I stated the problem so now what is the solution find out in part in the part two series Thursday.
