How to manage emotions part 2.

How to Manage emotions part 2.             To summarize in part 1 we discuss the different emotions that comes upon a person in many scenarios weather good or bad, positive and negative. Emotions are all around us just like fire and water. Now how do we truly manage our emotions, how do we tame this unpredictable beasts, that wants to be unleash upon the world like a bad horror movie. The key answer is and they are many but what I am focusing on is one of the many, breathing techniques. When you feel you are about to become angry at, let's say a man/woman takes your parking spot in the middle of Whole Foods parking lot and you was waiting patiently for that spot and in a matter of minutes some person just pulls in quickly, get out there car and just walks off like its nothing. Now your first initial reaction is to  give that person a piece of your mind (@$%&@#) you get the point, and the next reaction is angry and rage. Now you can follow that negative thought and explode like 100 pound landmine in the middle of desert or you can just begin to take deep breaths, breathing deeply as a practice. This technique brings a sense of peace over your body and then when you are thinking Cleary you will begin to think to yourself is it really worth it losing my cool. Breathing techniques brings a sense of calmness to your body an inner peace of mind, body and spirit, and this practice allows you to be the master of your emotions the general in charge on managing this fire and water. This practice also allows balance to be the center of your life. Taking deep breaths enjoying what life has to offer will and can allow you the master, to manage your emotions and remain calm at all times never losing your cool because you have the patience and humbleness to manage your emotions. You have the power to unleash that beast we call angry upon the world like its no tomorrow ,or you can become the master of your emotions the thinker of times of chaos  the choice is up to you but  breathing techniques is a great way to manage your emotions                                                                  Jeffery Alexander is an author of two books Xavier the brave little crab and letters wisdom and quotes about my younger self on amazon
