Emotions are so strong that it can pave the way of someone's pain through love, emotions causes pain and suffering, as well as joy and happiness heartbreak and misery, follow by calmness and peace, a person who can't control this beast emotional level could be through the roof just like the ocean for a surfer these waves can be peaceful smooth to surf in then in a matter of minutes the treacherous side of the waves shows it true nature. So how do we manage our emotions because if he/she can't manage to control their emotions then they will always be govern by the strongest negative emotion of them all angry.
